Is my purchase a PDF or a physical notebook?

Check the product description before purchasing. Printable PDFs are digital files for printing. Zodiac and Teddy notebooks are physical paper notebooks. A PDF does not include a shipped notebook.

Where can I buy a notebook?

Zodiac and Teddy notebooks are available for direct purchase on kimbanggu.com. Other notebook listings may link to Amazon. Follow the purchase button on the product page and check the current price there.

I cannot find my PDF download. What should I do?

Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder for the download message. If you still cannot find it or the link does not work, contact our team with your order number and the product name. Please do not send passwords or card information.

How do I check an order?

For orders placed on kimbanggu.com, use your order confirmation or sign in to your customer account. Our chat can help with authenticated order lookup. If you need staff help, have your order number ready.
